Congratulations Mona! BEL Contributor is a Conservative "Rising Star"

Just about every conservative-leaning tabloid does a "Hot" list nowadays - like it or not, they're everywhere.  So when one of our own, Mona Salama, got highly-ranked on one of them, part of me got all over-protective about her being objectified. 

Because we know that Mona is so much more than the sum of her looks.  She's intelligent, provocative and tenacious in her work. And she is loyal to a fault. 

But then I read this:

Reporter, Political Commentator, and Columnist for PolitiChicks and generally one of the most stunning women in political commentary with a huge future ahead of her, we’re pretty sure Mona Salama will soon easily be the next Andrea Tantaros and a common conservative household name

I couldn't agree more.  Having watched Mona's growth, we here at BEL have known this for years.  

So congratulations, Mona!  To us here at BEL, you're so much more than a pretty face.
