BOTY2018: MAJOR UPSETS Lead To Surprising "Fallacious Four"

The top two seeds suffered SHOCKING defeats in the second round of the 2018 Buffoon of the Year sponsored by our friends at Less Government, More Fun!

Michael Avenatti, the top seed at the beginning of this bracket, was narrowly edged out by the juggernaut of buffoonery known as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who won despite needing a week of self-care before actually starting her job, setting herself apart as the one to beat.

Also, Cory Booker handily defeated CNN's Jim Acosta, in what may be the biggest upset of the tournament. It seems like fans are leaning towards an elected buffoon rather than one which may be a significant buffoon, but doesn't hold any significant office.

The lone non-politician to make the semi-finals is CNN's Don Lemon, and the highest remaining seed, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, setting up a battle of epic proportions - Spartacus vs. Pocahontas!
