NYT Best selling author and noted federal attorney David Hardy went Behind Enemy Lines to discuss his latest book "I'm From The Government and I'm Here to Kill You" which takes a deep dive into American sovereign immunity and the real costs of official negligence and recklessness that can lead to the death of American citizens without consequences. David discusses some examples, like the VA system and Fast and Furious, and offers some solutions as well.
David Hardy is an attorney and author who lives in Tucson, Arizona. He has argued and won appeals on issues ranging from the death penalty to a mobile home tenancy, and constitutional challenges under the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Tenth Amendments. Mr. Hardy served ten years as a GS-14 career government attorney in Washington DC, working in the Interior Department's Office of the Solicitor. He has authored five books, one a New York Times best-seller, and 26 law review articles. His legal writings have twice been cited by the United States Supreme Court, and have been cited by eleven of the thirteen U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.
