It's good to be the (retired) King of Brooklyn!
Here are photo of former Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz (top-l.), taking in some hoops, caught oogling pop icon Rihanna at a Brooklyn Nets game doing... something to a foam finger.
In Marty's defense, most men I know would be caught staring, too.
